Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between the user (“you” or “User”) and MANN FINANCE LEASING PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Terms regulate your access to and use of the Mann Rupee mobile application (“App”) and the loan-related services offered through it (“Services”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue using the App.

1. Eligibility to Use the App

By using the App, you represent that:

• You are an Indian citizen or lawful resident of India

• You are between 21 and 58 years of age

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a contract

• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

We may refuse or discontinue Services if these conditions are not satisfied.

2. Account Creation and Security

To access Services, you must create an account in the App using valid personal and financial details.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential

• Inform us promptly of any unauthorized activity

• Update your information whenever changes occur

We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account.

3. Loan Request and Approval Process

Submitting a loan request does not guarantee approval. Each application is evaluated based on:

• Identity verification and KYC checks

• Assessment of credit capacity

• Internal risk evaluation and legal requirements

Approved users must review and accept the digital loan agreement shown in the App before funds are released.

All loan products available in the App are issued by:
MANN FINANCE LEASING PRIVATE LIMITED (RBI-registered NBFC)

4. Costs and Financial Terms

Before accepting any loan, the App will display all applicable terms, including:

• Loan Amount: ₹10,000 – ₹200,000

• Tenure: 91 – 360 days

• Maximum APR: 26%

• Processing Fee: 2% of loan amount

• GST on Fee: 18%

By accepting disbursement, you agree to repay the principal along with interest and applicable charges according to the schedule shown in the App.

5. Repayment Obligations

• Repayment must be made on or before the due dates provided

• Delays may attract additional charges as permitted by law

• Early repayment options may be available within the App

• Missed payments may affect your credit record

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful activities

• Provide false or misleading data

• Attempt to interfere with App security

• Upload harmful or prohibited content

Compliance with all Indian laws is mandatory while using the Services.

7. Suspension or Closure

We may suspend or close your account if you:

• Breach these Terms

• Submit fraudulent information

• Create security or financial risks

Termination does not remove your duty to repay any outstanding loan.

8. Limitation of Responsibility

We are not liable for:

• Loss caused by device malfunction or user negligence

• Unauthorized access due to disclosure of credentials

• Temporary interruption of the App for maintenance

Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Indemnity

You agree to hold MANN FINANCE LEASING PRIVATE LIMITED harmless from claims arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Misuse of the App

• Breach of applicable laws

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be available in the App. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
